Andrew is a big guy with a big personality. He came to us seeking a big, bright smile to match.

Unlike many cases, where the smile can be rebuilt using cosmetic techniques, Andrew had structural problems to overcome first. Basically, he had an underbite — his lower teeth were in poor alignment with his upper teeth. We referred Andrew to outside specialists who recommended corrective orthodontic and orthognatic surgery to repair his bite.

After the surgeries were successfully completed and healed, Andrew returned to Westend for the Zoom whitening treatment and six porcelain veneers to improve the size and shape of his front, upper teeth.
