Eric was involved in an unfortunate roller-blading accident which resulted in several damaged front teeth. During the initial consultation, Eric expressed dissatisfaction with his original smile and wondered about cosmetic improvements in addition to restoration of his damaged teeth.

We started by taking multiple impressions which were used to design a Master Diagnostic Model™ of Eric's ideal smile. While this was being produced, we gave Eric the Zoom whitening procedure and used this improved tooth color as the basis for the model.

The Master Diagnostic Model is a state-of-the-art wax mockup which allows the doctor and patient to make modification notes on size, color and contour before the final veneers are rendered in porcelain. In Eric's case, these notes were made during one short visit. On his return, Eric received his new-and-improved smile — featuring four new porcelain veneers, matched perfectly to his newly-whitened existing teeth.
